Neck piece to extend the "Iceland" outdoor rug for Icelandic horses
The "Iceland" neck piece has an ideal fit and keeps the horse's neck pleasantly warm thanks to the 50 g padding. Like the outdoor rug, the neck piece is also windproof, waterproof and breathable(4000 mm water column, breathability 3000 g/sqm). Two Velcro fasteners are attached to the sides and two to the underside of the neck to prevent it from slipping.

Application
A neck piece is used in the colder seasons when not only the body but also the horse's neck needs to be protected from the cold and wet. This is particularly the case with clipped horses. The horse's neck is very sensitive and should be protected from the cold and wet just like the rest of the body. A neck piece can prevent water from penetrating the rug at the neck, especially in the rain.
Care instructions: Machine washable up to 30°C. Delicate or gentle wash cycle.
